Hamsa Wears Pvt. Ltd. is a garment manufacturing and custom printing company based in Kathmandu, established in 2078 B.S. (2021).
We make customised apparel for businesses, schools and colleges, sports clubs and event organisers. Fabric selection, cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing and packing all happen under our own supervision, which is what lets us hold one standard across an order of 20 pieces and an order of 2,000.
We are not the largest manufacturer in Nepal. What we offer instead is direct access to the people making your order, written specifications you can hold us to, and the willingness to take on smaller runs that larger factories turn away.

These are the terms we work to on every order.
Written specifications before production
Fabric, GSM, colour, print method and sizing are confirmed in writing at quotation. Nothing is substituted without your approval, even if it delays us.
Your approval before the full run
You sign off a design proof, and a physical sample where the order size or garment warrants it, before we cut the main run.
Small orders accepted
Minimum 20 pieces for t-shirts and polos, 15 for hoodies and jackets. A team of twenty does not have to order two hundred.
Checked at every stage
We inspect at cutting, stitching, printing and packing, so a piece that fails inspection is caught before it ships.
An honest delivery date
You get an agreed delivery date at quotation, set against the fabric and quantity you choose.
Built for the way you use it.
T-shirts and polos
Round-neck and V-neck tees, collared polos. Pique cotton/polyester and Micro Pique sporty for polos; Super Poly and Roma for tees and sportswear.
Hoodies and sweatshirts
340 GSM fleece with matching rib. Pullover and zip options.
Tracksuits and sportswear
Lycra-cotton tracksuit knit, trousers at 300 to 310 GSM with matching rib. Team kit, training wear and warm-ups.
Corporate uniforms
Staff shirts, polos and jackets, produced to a repeatable specification so reorders match the originals.
Winter jackets
Polar fleece, fur-lined and velvet options for cold-season and event wear.
Decoration methods
Screen printing, heat transfer and embroidery in-house, plus sublimation via our print partners. We advise on the right method for your artwork, quantity and fabric, rather than defaulting to whichever is cheapest for us.

Fabric and quotation
We recommend fabric options with GSM stated, and quote against them. You see the trade-offs, not just a price.
Design proof
Our team prepares a mock-up of your artwork on the chosen garment and colour for your approval.
Sample
Where the order size or garment warrants it, we produce a physical sample for your sign-off before cutting.
Production
Cutting, stitching, printing or embroidery, finishing, inspected at each stage.
Delivery
Packed by size and delivered on the agreed date, anywhere in Nepal.
